These custom hardware parts support injection-molded products that require small mechanical, fastening or motion-transfer components. The current product images show a mixed group of bushings, shafts, clips, wheels and compact molded pieces intended for integration into a larger assembly. Hengmei can coordinate the plastic part, mating hardware and assembly checks as one OEM project, reducing interface risk between separately sourced components. Material, finish, dimensions and tolerances are selected from customer drawings or approved samples rather than assumed from appearance. Parts can be supplied loose, kitted or installed into molded components according to the approved production plan.

Hengmei coordinates supplier qualification, incoming verification and assembly-fit checks with the molding program. Inspection points can include critical dimensions, thread or shaft engagement, appearance, coating condition and mating performance. First-article samples and customer-approved reference parts can be retained for repeat production. Material certificates or inspection records are supplied only when agreed for the project.
Small components can be counted and separated in sealed bags, partitioned trays or project kits to reduce mixing and surface contact. Lot labels, part identification and customer packaging formats are available upon request. Export cartons and palletization are selected according to component weight, surface sensitivity and shipment method.
Yes. Send the 2D drawing, 3D file or a physical sample so the component, tolerance and mating requirements can be reviewed.
Insert molding is available for suitable geometries. The insert location, retention feature and molding conditions must be reviewed before tooling.
Material options depend on strength, wear, corrosion and cost requirements. The final material is confirmed in the quotation and sample approval.
