Equipment Interfaces
Housing for buttons, indicators and compact display components.
Estimated Delivery:Aug 03 - Aug 07
The 331 Series is a compact injection-molded housing developed for a control panel or equipment interface. Current images show a front surface with several project-specific openings, a deep rear body, internal partitions and separate cover components. This architecture can organize buttons, indicators, a display area and internal electronics while maintaining a clean exterior. The housing is offered as an OEM component, so the opening pattern, dimensions, resin, labels and assembly method are tailored to the customer’s hardware. Hengmei supports mold development, repeat molding, printing, insert installation, component fit checks and export packing for equipment manufacturers and branded product companies.

Quality checks can focus on the opening pattern, panel flatness, partition dimensions, cover fit, legend position and installed-component alignment. First articles can be assembled with buyer-supplied components to confirm interface geometry. Electrical, flame or ingress performance remains project-specific and must be validated on the final material and completed assembly.
Control-panel surfaces can be protected with film, individual bags or soft interleaves. Covers, fasteners and printed parts can be grouped as matched sets with lot and orientation labels. Export cartons and pallet protection are selected to prevent deformation, surface abrasion and part mixing during long-distance transport.
Yes. Button, display and indicator openings can be changed from the customer’s component layout and drawings.
Molded symbols, pad printing, screen printing or labels can be selected according to artwork and wear requirements.
Component fitting and subassembly can be quoted when parts, work instructions and test requirements are provided.
Yes. Molded color and surface texture can be matched to an approved standard or sample.
Outdoor suitability is not assumed. Resin, sealing, UV exposure and final enclosure testing must be defined for the project.
Molded-in or post-installed inserts are available after torque and pull-out requirements are reviewed.
Appearance standards, gloss, texture, gate location and acceptable cosmetic limits are agreed during sample approval.
Provide CAD files, interface components, resin or performance needs, graphics, annual demand and assembly scope.
Share your drawings, samples, performance requirements and forecast volume. Our team will review manufacturability, tooling, molding and export requirements for your program.
