Sensor Modules
Housing for compact sensing and interface electronics.
Estimated Delivery:Aug 03 - Aug 07
The 1199 Series is a two-piece injection-molded electrical box housing with a compact rectangular profile, external mounting features and an interior arranged for project-specific components. The product images show a separate cover and base, molded standoffs, cable or connector access areas and fastening locations. These features make the housing a practical starting point for OEM sensor, controller or communication assemblies. Because enclosure performance depends on the selected resin, gasket, hardware and final assembly, no ingress or flame rating is assumed. Hengmei can develop the mold, mold the parts, install inserts, perform secondary finishing and pack completed sets.

Housing for compact sensing and interface electronics.
Protective enclosure for wired or connected modules.
Mounted shell for control boards and terminals.
OEM enclosure for internal or external controller assemblies.
The control plan can include housing flatness, mounting-tab geometry, standoff location, cover engagement, cosmetic surface checks and assembled fastener alignment. Trial parts are reviewed before mass production and critical features can be verified with gauges or fixtures. Any gasket compression, impact, ingress or electrical performance requirement must be tested on the agreed final assembly.
Cover and base parts can be nested only after deformation risk is reviewed; otherwise they are separated with bags, pads or trays. Fasteners and inserts can be packed in labeled accessory bags or installed before shipment. Carton quantity, pallet pattern and shipping marks are confirmed from the approved part dimensions and destination requirements.
Yes. Mounting geometry can be changed during design review to match the equipment frame and installation load.
Internal bosses and standoffs can be designed from the board outline, hole pattern and required clearances.
A gasket is not assumed from the current images. Gasket channels, material and assembly can be developed when sealing requirements are provided.
Openings and mounting features can be created for specified glands, connectors and strain-relief components.
Yes. Hardware sourcing, insert installation and matched-set packing can be included in the project.
Custom molded colors can be matched to a supplied reference or approved color standard.
Engagement features, gaps, fastener positions and mating surfaces can be inspected using approved samples and fixtures.
