Equipment Control Panels
Housing for switches, displays and controller electronics.
Estimated Delivery:Aug 03 - Aug 07
The 911 Series is a compact injection-molded control enclosure shown with an exterior cover, an internal base and project-specific interface openings. Its rounded rectangular profile, molded mounting points and organized interior make it suitable for control, timing or electronic assemblies that need a consistent OEM housing. The visible cover and base geometry can be adapted around displays, buttons, connectors and internal components. Exact dimensions, resin, sealing level and electrical performance are not inferred from the photos; they are confirmed from the buyer’s design inputs. Hengmei provides mold development, molding, secondary processing and assembly support for repeat production.

Inspection can cover exterior appearance, cover-to-base gap, fastening points, opening position, internal boss dimensions and assembled function. Hengmei can use first-article reports, mating samples and dedicated fixtures for repeat control. Regulatory, ingress and flame performance are handled as project requirements and are not claimed unless the final configuration has been tested with the specified material.
Covers and bases can be packed as matched sets or separated by part number. Protective film, soft interleaves or compartment trays can be used for cosmetic surfaces and control-panel areas. Export cartons are sized after the approved part and assembly configuration are confirmed, with palletization available for bulk orders.
