Industrial Controllers
Base housing for boards, terminals and control components.
Estimated Delivery:Aug 03 - Aug 07
The 1056 Series is a custom injection-molded electrical enclosure base designed to hold project-specific electronic or electromechanical assemblies. Product images show a deep rectangular shell with molded walls, internal bosses, ribs and multiple interface points that can support boards, brackets, cables or a mating cover. This is an OEM component rather than a fixed off-the-shelf rated box, so dimensions, resin, flame performance, sealing and mounting details are confirmed from the customer’s drawings and validation plan. Hengmei supports mold development, trial molding, appearance review, dimensional inspection and repeat production for global equipment brands and contract manufacturers.

Quality planning focuses on flatness, boss position, wall condition, interface dimensions and appearance. Hengmei can review moldability before tooling, approve trial samples and establish in-process checks around critical mounting and cover-fit features. Any flame, ingress, impact or electrical requirement must be defined by the buyer and validated on the final assembled product using the agreed material and test method.
Enclosure bases can be protected with individual bags, layer pads or formed trays to prevent cosmetic rubbing and deformation in transit. Carton quantity and pallet pattern are confirmed after final dimensions and part weight are approved. Lot labels, customer barcodes and export packing instructions can be incorporated into the production order.
It is supplied as a custom molded enclosure component. Covers, hardware and internal assemblies depend on the customer project.
Yes. Internal features can be engineered from PCB, bracket and assembly requirements before the mold is finalized.
No rating is assumed from the image alone. An ingress rating requires a complete enclosure design, sealing strategy and formal testing.
Suitable resin options can be quoted when the required flame rating, thickness and supporting documentation are specified.
Yes. Molded-in or post-installed inserts can be evaluated based on torque, pull-out and assembly requirements.
Mold texture, molded branding, printing and labeling are available after design review.
Mating dimensions, flatness and engagement points can be checked with approved samples, gauges or assembly fixtures.
Please provide CAD files, drawings, annual volume, resin requirements, mating-part data, critical dimensions and packing needs.
Share your drawings, samples, performance requirements and forecast volume. Our team will review manufacturability, tooling, molding and export requirements for your program.
