Countertop Blenders
Custom jar body for branded home-appliance programs.
Estimated Delivery:Aug 03 - Aug 07
This transparent blender mixing cup is an injection-molded jar body with a tapered profile, integrated handle, pouring rim and shaped base interface. Multiple product images show the clear container from different angles and include a protective bag, helping buyers review the visible geometry without implying an unverified capacity or material grade. The component can be developed for countertop blenders, beverage mixers or other appliance systems after compatibility is checked with the blade assembly, lid and motor base. Resin, food-contact documentation, capacity, temperature limits and cleaning method are confirmed from the customer’s requirements before production.

Custom jar body for branded home-appliance programs.
Replacement or OEM container after equipment validation.
Transparent vessel where specified resin and tests are approved.
Project-specific container for controlled appliance integration.
Quality checks can include transparency, visible flow or bubble limits, warpage, rim geometry, handle condition and fit with buyer-supplied mating components. First-article samples are used to confirm the lid, base and blade interfaces. Food-contact, dishwasher, impact and temperature performance are tested only to the buyer’s specified resin, method and acceptance criteria.
Clear surfaces can be protected with individual bags, soft interleaves or formed trays to reduce scratching and part-to-part contact. Handles and rims are supported to limit stress during carton stacking. Carton quantity, drop protection and pallet pattern are finalized after the approved jar dimensions and destination are known.
Capacity cannot be confirmed from the current images alone. It is provided from the approved drawing or measured sample.
A compliant resin and supporting documents can be selected when the target market and required standard are specified.
The current listing shows the jar body. Lid, blade, seal and base components can be reviewed as a separate project scope.
