Dashboard Lighting
Curved trim or carrier for illuminated dashboard accents.
Estimated Delivery:Aug 03 - Aug 07
The T88 Series is a long, curved automotive ambient-lighting trim component developed for integration into a vehicle interior panel. The product images show a slim white or translucent molded profile with multiple locating tabs and attachment features along its length. This geometry can support a light-guide, decorative trim or carrier function when matched to the customer’s lamp, panel and vehicle architecture. Optical resin, lighting performance, installation position and vehicle compatibility are not assumed from the photos. Hengmei can support mold development, precision molding, warpage control, clip-position inspection and fit verification with buyer-supplied mating parts.

Curved trim or carrier for illuminated dashboard accents.
Integrated ambient-light profile for interior door trim.
Decorative or light-guide component for console assemblies.
Custom molded trim supplied to Tier or brand assembly programs.
Control points can include overall contour, warpage, clip location, surface condition and fit with the mating interior panel. Optical projects may add transmission, diffusion, color and assembled light-uniformity checks using buyer-defined methods. Material and vehicle-level validation remain the responsibility of the agreed project plan; no universal fitment is claimed.
Long curved parts can be supported in dedicated trays, cavities or divider sets that maintain the approved profile and protect the clip features. Orientation labels and layer limits help reduce bending loads. Export cartons and pallet stacking are designed from the final part length, stiffness and shipping route.
Compatibility is project-specific. Vehicle and panel CAD or physical mating samples are required.
Yes. The profile and attachment features can be developed from the customer’s interior geometry.
The image suggests an ambient-lighting trim component, but optical function and resin must be confirmed by the buyer.
Suitable optical or diffusing resin options can be evaluated against transmission, color and heat requirements.
Tool design, process control and dedicated checking fixtures can be used to monitor contour and clip position.
Subassembly can be reviewed when the light source, wiring, joining method and test criteria are supplied.
Gloss, texture, color and defect limits are agreed on first-article samples or approved standards.
Provide vehicle or panel CAD, optical requirements, resin standard, annual volume, assembly scope and packaging limits.
Share your drawings, samples, performance requirements and forecast volume. Our team will review manufacturability, tooling, molding and export requirements for your program.
