Hengmei operates 29 injection molding machines from 60 to 450 tons, supporting sample trials, flexible batch production and stable mass manufacturing for products of different sizes and structures.
Yes. Initial samples are produced after mold trials and checked for dimensions, appearance, assembly fit and functionality. Sample preparation usually takes approximately 3–7 working days after the mold is ready.
Bulk production generally takes around 15–30 days after sample approval. The exact schedule depends on order quantity, material availability, finishing processes and current production capacity.
We can support CNC machining, drilling, trimming, ultrasonic welding, hot melting, electroplating, painting, printing, assembly, labeling and export packaging.
Quality control covers incoming materials, in-process inspection and final inspection. Dimensions, appearance, assembly fit and functional performance are checked according to confirmed project requirements.
Products can be shipped by express, air or sea. Common terms such as EXW, FOB, CIF and DDP can be discussed according to the order and destination.
